The F1 Print Store sells exclusive prints globally across F1 races. I was tasked with the management of this activation in the Fan Zones in Singapore, Japan, Doha, Austin, Mexico City and Abu Dhabi. With no handover or briefing from the previous activation ‘owner,’ I managed the client relationship and put into place new systems for the POS and reporting, stock management, international shipping logistics, structural builds, shop fit, staff, design and print.
